Dropshipping via Dutch Mood
Would you like to sell Dutch Mood products through your own webshop without holding inventory? You can use our dropshipping service. Dutch Mood handles the entire logistics process, allowing you to fully focus on your webshop, marketing, and customer service.
We value clarity and simplicity. That is why we work with a fixed dropshipping fee per country. This fee applies to both low-value and high-value products.
For some lower-priced products, this may seem less attractive. However, the key advantage is that the fee is charged per order, not per product. If an end customer orders two or more Dutch Mood products in a single order, we only charge the dropshipping fee once. This ensures a fair and transparent pricing structure per order.
In addition, we apply the standard wholesale prices as listed on our website. We do not use complicated discount structures or percentage-based systems. In practice, this often results in a more competitive setup compared to systems where discounts are applied per product or per order.
What does Dutch Mood handle in dropshipping?
Dutch Mood is responsible for the full logistics process of the order, including:
- Delivering the correct product
- Order picking and processing
- Careful and secure packaging
- Shipping of the order
- Handling transport damage or manufacturing defects
- Careful order processing
All orders are shipped as neutrally as possible.
What is the webshop / seller responsible for?
The selling webshop remains responsible for all communication with the end customer and customer service, including:
- Communication with the end customer
- Handling and processing returns
- Return shipping costs are borne by the webshop
- After-sales service and support
- Providing correct customer and shipping details
- Informing customers about delivery times
In case incorrect address details are provided, Dutch Mood is not responsible for additional shipping costs or delays.
Dropshipping rates
Dutch Mood works with a fixed dropshipping fee per country. The fee applies per order, not per product. If an end customer orders multiple products in one order, the dropshipping fee is charged only once.
Rates:
- Netherlands: €15.00
- Germany / Belgium: €17.50
- Other EU countries: €20.00
All rates are exclusive of VAT.

This fixed pricing model keeps dropshipping simple, transparent, and predictable, avoiding unexpected costs on multi-item orders.
Reports of transport damage or manufacturing defects
If transport damage or a manufacturing defect occurs, Dutch Mood must be informed within 7 days of delivery. This must be supported with clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- Any visible damage to the shipping box
After review, we will provide an appropriate solution or replacement if necessary.
In case of misuse or suspected abuse, Dutch Mood reserves the right to terminate the business relationship immediately.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after receipt. Shipping takes place on the next available shipping day.
Although deliveries are often faster in practice, we recommend that webshops communicate an estimated delivery time of approximately one week to their customers. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.
VAT and invoicing
For deliveries within the Netherlands, 21% VAT is charged on both product purchase prices and dropshipping fees.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, invoices are issued without VAT (VAT reverse charge where applicable).

Dutch Mood does not currently operate with an integrated dropshipping system or automated API connections.

Important additional terms
- Shipping costs vary by country and are communicated in advance
- Certain products may be excluded from dropshipping
- Large or special items may have different shipping rates
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability
- Dutch Mood ships exclusively on behalf of registered business customers
- Dutch Mood does not ship directly to end consumers outside the dropshipping process
